About the Supervision Mastery Program

Managing caseloads and billable hours, supporting families and staff, making clinical decisions, ensuring quality programming, and responding to the countless priorities that come up each day can leave little time to focus on your own development as a supervisor. The Supervision Mastery Program creates dedicated space to strengthen that part of your practice. Across two specialized pathways, we focus on practical supervision systems and strategies, including structuring effective supervision, competency development, observation and feedback, professional behaviors or "soft skills", ethics, accountability, and navigating real-world supervision challenges. Both pathways are grounded in a practical, five-step supervision framework that can be adapted across supervisory relationships, whether you are supporting behavior therapists, trainees, or other developing professionals.

Who Is This Program For?

The Supervision Mastery Program is designed for behavior analysts, including BCBAs, BCaBAs, QBAs, QASP-Ss, IBAs, and other qualified behavior-analytic supervisors. Whether you are new to supervision, returning to supervision after time away, or an experienced supervisor looking to strengthen and refresh your current practices, the program provides practical strategies and opportunities to learn alongside other supervisors.

- Four 60-minute live, small-group sessions - Selected templates, trackers, and resources from the LD-BACS Supervision Toolkit  - Applied scenarios, discussion, and opportunities to problem-solve real supervision challenges - Access to the Supervision Mastery community - 4 CEUs: 3 Supervision + 1 Ethics for eligible BACB and QABA certificants
